ECL Mediation Feedback and Complaints Handling Procedure

Our commitment

We will be receptive to any complaint and consider it carefully, responding promptly, openly and in full
Any complaint will be treated as confidential
We will take account of any complaints, feedback or criticism, in whatever form, to assist us to improve our service in the future

​What we will do 
Any complaint, whether in writing or otherwise, will be acknowledged by us within five working days
We will fully investigate any complaint and contact you directly if we require further information
In most cases a full written response will be provided to you within ten working days of notification of a complaint. If we require further time, we will discuss this with you, together with the reasons, and agree a short extension

If we have been unable to address your concerns
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to:
