What we will do
Any complaint, whether in writing or otherwise, will be acknowledged by us within five working days We will fully investigate any complaint and contact you directly if we require further information In most cases a full written response will be provided to you within ten working days of notification of a complaint. If we require further time, we will discuss this with you, together with the reasons, and agree a short extension |
